Defense Department Wants More Control over the Internet

Considering the role that the Internet has played in recent global events and the control of people by governments via the Internet, I am not sure this story can be percieved as good news for citizens of this country or any other. Yet again, there is evidence that middle school educators are preparing students for a changing world.
