Broadband Imperative

The State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) has released a new report with recommendations regarding students' and teachers' access to broadband Internet connections. This seems to be an important collection of recommendations if we hope to make the transition to "cloud computing" that seems to be on everyone's mind right now.
