A very interesting set of possible answers. I think the missing and correct "D" is disruption in the Clayton Christensen sense. Everyone with an information and algorithm device severely reduces the role of teacher as "knower."
We must adapt to the demand that we be capable of fast and flexible information, so that we can reflect and create meaning and build knowledge. These are the uncomfortable realities of educators' future.
